Vale Park Townhouses

Assist with design & approvals to construct 8 x 3-storey townhouses on new subdivided plan. Each townhouse will be:

ground floor - bedroom with bay window, ensuite & WIR; laundry; formal entry; double garage UMR.

second floor - kitchen; WI pantry; dining; family room; and balcony

third floor - 2 x bedroom with ensuite & WIR; lounge/home theatre; and balcony

Subdivision plan is with Council and house plans have not yet been formally prepared.

We are seeking a builder who is experienced/licensed to build 3-storey townhouses and can help us with costings and planning then through to construction.

Q:

When are you planning on starting the building side of things, do you need development approvel?

A:

HI DA is not yet held. The land subdivision is with Council and although not yet approved, we have verbal advices it meets Council's requirements. The townhouses also comply with Council's requirements although approval as such is not held. David
