1. What does your business do?

We’re a building and construction business. Recently we’ve targeted outdoor decks and pergolas, that sort of thing. There seems to be a bit of that work around at the moment.

2. How many jobs have you quoted on?

Quite a few; a couple of hundred maybe.

3. How many new customers have you won?

About 10 or so. We’ve had some big ones though.

4. Is ServiceSeeking.com.au successful in winning you work?

It’s been good, yeah. We’ve had work ranging anywhere from $1000 up to $40,000. Probably in total we’ve won $45,000 to $50,000.

5. What other types of marketing does your business do?

We started out with True Local. That’s the only other thing we’ve used.

6. Any tips for new businesses?

I think the thing with us is that we win work because we’re fully licensed and insured. There are so many businesses that don’t bother about that and so it really sets us apart. We also got verified and that has really increased the interest in our business from customers.
