By far the most reliable, professional and helpful plumbing service I've ever come across! I had four(4) different quotes and found Mick from Rainman Plumbing to be most knowledgable and helpful. You can tell that he loves what he does and treated the job as if it was his own home. Mick went the extra mile to check for things I need to look out for to avoid any plumbing issues. He is very informative and thorough, he happily takes the time to explain any issues. Aside from the initial job requested, it was realised that there was a blockage which apparently needed urgent attention. Mick promptly attend to it and got it cleared. Rainman and plumbing came to replace our toilet. From the first interaction on the phone, it was very pleasant and helpful. i previously had some trouble in finding a plumber who knew about bidet seats and it was difficult finding an appropriate toilet seat. i was surprised Tim was knowledgeable about my seat style bidet and went the extra mile in offering the service to find the seat for me. other plumbers rarely knew about it, .let alone offering to find a suitable toilet. they were professional and efficient getting the job done quickly. i would recommend them highly and would use them again myself.

I had two toilet cisterns replaced, Tim and his team arrived at the agreed time, were very quick and efficient (job completed in under half and hour!) and took the old cisterns with them - will definitely be calling on Rainman Plumbing in the future.

I required a small job to be done and the price was half the price I was quoted by another gas plumbing from my area. The guy was very quick, clean and friendly. I wish I had found this guy before I had all the main gas work done as I would have used him. I recommend this company for all your plumbing and gas works without a problem what so every AAA+++

Basically, I was very impressed with this company because they came out as they said they would - were punctual, polite, professional and prompt workers (4 "P"s?) and I'm bloody glad I got them. The boss, Tim and his offsider Mick were great, they looked at the roof, explained the problem (which I basically knew as a result of the information provided by the S.E.S), fixed it, photographed it and next thing you know, they were on their way!

Tim (Rainman Services) is an excellent workman. He has recently replaced a vanity to include a washing machine in a shower room with a lot of difficult angles. He was very patient during the planning stage to ensure that I was happy with all the measurements and materials, before he started the job. A bit messy at times, but they are very friendly and hard working. Finished the job on time and willing to put in some extra work to finish the job properly. They are there when they said they would. But the shower screen installer they have contracted is absolutely rubbish - gaps and silicon all over the place - including the ceiling!?!? But I definitely recommend them for their plumbing service.

Tim and Mick came to my place at the appointed time and completed the job of replacing two toilet cisterns cleanly and left. I am satisfied with the job and would them again in the future.. The estimate was slightly higher (60$) higher than other plumbers over the phone, but I gave them the project because they were able to win trust by speaking about parts and labour. Besides other plumbers had quoted 60$ call out fee extra!

Very happy with the quality of work! Small lack of clarification as to whether "rubbish removal" included the removal of the actual toilet for which extra money was charged.
I used this service and they were outstanding. Always on time, professional cleaned up. They made the effort to tell you what was best for your place and proceeded with works in an exceptional way. I am an Architect by traing so tend to be a little fussy. They passed my test..call them! they were best trades I employed from all current tradespeople I have been using.
Apart from some initial rubbery scheduling, this job was about as easy as one could hope for. Good stuff.
