Mark Brandt is no stranger to the carpentry industry – or the roofing and painting industry for that matter. Over the past thirty years, he’s worked in all three, on top of owning a wharf construction and dive salvage business. To say he’s got some experience is an understatement, and these days, he’s become “a bit of a freelancer”, taking on a diverse range of jobs for customers through ServiceSeeking.com.au.
“I’ve been with ServiceSeeking.com.au for around nine months. I love that I can sit down at home, open up my laptop and within a couple of minutes have a phone conversation with a potential client,” Mark says.

Mark loves communicating with his customers to establish a strong and ongoing relationship.
“It’s very common that the customer will ask me what I think and what my suggestions would be, and then we come up with the final idea together,” he says.
“I much prefer talking with customers on the phone than by email. Communication is very important for gaining their trust. For a lot of customers, you’re just someone on the Internet. That’s why the profile works so well. I’m not just a person on the internet; I’m a legitimate person trading, trading for nearly 30 years, and the reviews show I’m very competent in what I do.”
