CM M Builders Pty Ltd is a 17 year old licensed building company with a complete team of tradies and suppliers. The owner, Carlos, is an experienced cabinet maker and plasterer who calls on a team of trusted subcontractors for the electrical and plumbing aspects of renovations. They are experts in joinery, carpentry, new kitchens (custom-made or pre-fabricated), decking, modifying garages, water proofing and internal building alterations.

The bathroom renovation below was Carlos’ and his team completely reinvented it with black marble sink bowls and interestingly tiled cabinetry. The renovation below took place in Auckenflower where Carlos completely renovated the abode of an elderly couple. CM M Builders completely redid the entire living and kitchen area. They replaced the tacky tiling with timber flooring and extended the loungeroom out to create more space. It cost around $38,000 and took just two and a half weeks. Carlos undertook the carpentry and plastering and his team of subcontarcters completed the tiling, electrical services and plumbing.
