Handyman’s personality wins the word-of-mouth

Earl from Highett in Victoria posted an unusual job on ServiceSeeking.com.au. To simplify things, he needed a 25m CAT6 ethernet cable that he could run from one room to another room in the house and then install two ethernet wall plates on either end of the cable; however, 'there was an obstacle in the way”.

Earl posted his job and received six quotes within the day, and ended up going with Louis from Mobile Digital Services, who didn’t necessarily have the cheapest quote. Nonetheless, Earl was pleased with his decision, “This guy is awesome and great value”.

Earl said that “the job seemed tedious at the start, but he managed to work his way around it and did a spectacular and clean job.”

He remarked that Louis the handyman had a spark of personality, “funny and honest guy, thanks for a great job, Louis!” Earl will make sure that he spreads the word, “I’ll make sure to tell any friends that need a similar service to use you.”
