Why did you list a job on ServiceSeeking.com.au?

I was looking for a quote on paving around our pool. We originally wanted concrete but were not having any luck in finding a contractor who could do the job in time or could provide a reasonable quote, so we thought we’d try the paving option.

Why did you select IGM Constructions?

We chose IGM for a number of reasons. Firstly, there aren’t many contractors who would give up their Sunday to come and do a quote (especially two weeks before Christmas!).  Their price was extremely competitive, and they were able to do the job for us the week before Christmas.  They were helpful and friendly and didn’t make me feel like a stupid woman!

Where you happy with the job they did?

We were extremely happy with IGM. So much so that I have referred them to a friend. We will definitely use them again when we’ve saved up enough to have our concrete sprayed to match the rest of the house. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything after they were finished.  They were also very understanding when we had to change the day of our job due to work being done to build our pool. They went above and beyond to make sure that our concrete was done by Christmas so our family could be swimming on Christmas day.

Would you use ServiceSeeking.com.au again?

I don’t know if anyone else has had the same problem looking for a contractor but before I found ServiceSeeking.com.au I was just about to give up looking! I had so much trouble trying to get quotes for our job. These problems ranged from contractors asking me to go out and measure the area myself and email them the details (because they didn’t want to come out to quote) to one business telling me that if I wanted them to come out and quote they would have to charge me a fee!!  As you can imagine, I was at the end of my tether! The response I received from ServiceSeeking.com.au was fantastic. Not only did I receive competitive quotes, it was from genuine businesses who wanted to do my job, so it gave me the confidence that the job would be done right, and I was not disappointed!
