We spoke with Gaby Hadchiti about his accounting business, Tax Elite, and how he uses ServiceSeeking.com.au to win new clients.

What does your business do?
We do accounting, compliance, tax, and a whole range of stuff. We’ve mainly been getting accounting and tax work through the site.

How many jobs have you quoted on?
A fair bit; it’s hard to say, really. (We took a sneak peek into their account, and he’s put in over 100 quotes – Ed.

How many new customers have you won?
We’ve won 10 new clients.

Is ServiceSeeking.com.au successful in helping you win new work?
ServiceSeeking.com.au has been good at times. The work has ranged from $500 to $1500. It’s brought in some good work for us.

What other types of marketing does your business do?
We use Google AdWords, pamphlets, and all that kind of thing.

How do they compare to ServiceSeeking.com.au?
ServiceSeeking.com.au has been very good in comparison. There are a few things I’d change to make the site more user-friendly, but other than that, it’s been good. It’s been winning us work, so we’re happy.

Any tips for new businesses?
It’s important to make sure you’ve got a good profile. It’s easy to get overwhelmed by the number of lead emails coming in, so you have to spend some time going through them.

Based on the information he gave us in his interview, Gaby has won 10 new clients worth between $500 and $1500 each – a total of between $5,000 and $15,000. It would have cost $500 in credits to submit 100 quotes in the accounting category, making a return of anywhere between $10 and $30 for every dollar spent.
