Terms and Conditions

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Service Seeking Business Member Referral Program (“Program”) operated by Service Seeking Pty Ltd (ACN 124 055 465) (“Service Seeking”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation in the Program is available to all business members of Service Seeking (“Referring Business”) with active user accounts.

1.2 Referrals must be submitted through the unique referral form provided by Service Seeking to the Referring Business.

1.3 Service Seeking reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.


2. What Constitutes a Valid Referral

2.1 A referred business (“Referred Business”) will only qualify as a Paying Referral if, within the relevant fiscal quarter:

  • (a) The Referred Business purchases at least one (1) month of a Service Seeking membership;
  • (b) The Referred Business completes a background check through Service Seeking; and
  • (c) The Referred Business does not already have an existing business account with Service Seeking.

2.2 To be considered a new and unique business, the Referred Business must have:

  • A unique Australian Business Number (ABN);
  • A unique email address; and
  • A unique phone number,

each of which must not match any existing business account registered with Service Seeking.

2.3 Referrals that do not meet all eligibility requirements will not qualify for rewards.


3. Referral Rewards

3.1 Referral rewards are calculated at the end of each fiscal quarter.

3.2 Rewards are based on the number of valid Paying Referrals achieved by a Referring Business within the relevant fiscal quarter:

3.3 The maximum reward payable to any Referring Business in a fiscal quarter is:

  • $2,500 in digital VISA cards; or
  • $2,500 in Service Seeking credit.

3.4 Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash (other than the digital VISA card option).


4. Reward Statements and Issuance

4.1 Within fourteen (14) business days after the end of each fiscal quarter, Service Seeking will provide each participating Referring Business with a Referral Statement via email outlining:

  • (a) The total number of businesses referred;
  • (b) The number of valid Paying Referrals; and
  • (c) The reward amount earned.

4.2 The Referring Business must nominate its preferred reward option (digital VISA card or Service Seeking credit) as requested in the Referral Statement.

4.3 Rewards will be issued within thirty (30) business days after the end of the fiscal quarter.

4.4 If a Referring Business does not nominate a reward preference within the timeframe specified in the Referral Statement, the reward will be issued as Service Seeking credit by default.


5. Fraud Prevention and Compliance

5.1 Service Seeking reserves the right to investigate all referrals to ensure compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Service Seeking may withhold, cancel or claw back rewards where:

  • (a) Fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • (b) Referrals are self-referrals or related-party referrals designed to circumvent these Terms;
  • (c) False, misleading or incomplete information is provided;
  • (d) The Referring Business or Referred Business breaches the Service Seeking Membership Terms; or
  • (e) The referral does not comply with these Terms.

5.3 Service Seeking’s determination of eligibility and validity of referrals is final.


6. Disqualification

6.1 Service Seeking may disqualify a Referring Business from participating in the Program at its absolute discretion within seven (7) days of the commencement of a new fiscal quarter.

6.2 Disqualification may occur without explanation and without liability to the Referring Business.


7. Program Termination or Modification

7.1 Service Seeking may vary, suspend or terminate the Program at its discretion within seven (7) days of the commencement of any new fiscal quarter.

7.2 Any variation or termination will not affect rewards already earned in a completed fiscal quarter prior to the effective date of termination.


8. General Conditions

8.1 Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between Service Seeking and the Referring Business.

8.2 Service Seeking’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Program are final and binding.

8.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
