My name is Michael, I am the sales manager at PA kitchens, and have been for a short time, during this time, I have put procedures in place to make sure our products meet the quality control our customers come to expect
Let me tell you a little about what we do here in PA kitchens, we are one of the largest importers of Asian built kitchens. I know when we refer to the ‘’word’’ China, or Asia, we automatically refer it as “CHEAP” with the products that come from there, that couldn’t be further from the truth, I personally have delivered and worked within factories around NSW, and the quality we produce would put some larger companies to shame. All our stock comes in flat pack form, to minimise transportation costs that comes with importing. We have a huge range of pre-built sizes that would accommodate the general consensus. Our ranges includes different size pantries, corner cabinets top shelf cabinets and floor cabinets. Our factory also imports hardware for inserts of cabinetry, for example lazy Susan’s, pull out racks of different ranges, all these products are made from a company called HIGOLD, big companies such as Hettich use Higold to make their hardware for them.
All our products we import like our cabinetry are at the highest quality, our melamine is 16mm or 18mm thick, you may ask why? It’s because of the range we hold or we may import for specific orders. We have water tested our melamine, by leaving it in water exposed for 3 days, the results were astonishing, the material was more brittle, but in fact it did hold together. I doubt anyone will leave their cabinets soaked in water for that long! Our cabinets are doweled and also screwed in for maximum strength.
The polyurethane we sell is at the highest quality, we have our MDF panels painted 3 times, by robotic machines, to make sure that our panels are of the highest standard and also to maximise longevity of the product. Our hardware we use in our cabinetry is also tested to make sure they will endure the abuse that is sometimes given, but in saying that, all our hinges are soft closing. Yes it is true that we can use other leading brands, though if we were to do that, the price will automatically rise also. The soft closing drawer runners we use are also at the highest quality to meet the standards we come to expect.
All our kitchens we sell come with 50mm stone, we usually only stock 2 colours starlight white, and starlight black, the stone we import looks great and is durable, without the hefty price tag you’d expect from other leading brands.
We have our own installers that know our products, and have been in the trade for over 20 years, their experience ranges from kitchens, bathrooms and other home improvement needs.
We sell primarily to builders, construction companies and to the public. We do have a showroom at 3/97 Betts road Smithfield NSW, 2164, and we will be opening a few more showrooms in the next 2 years, to further our brand of kitchens. You’re more than welcome to come and see for yourself.
