This could be very handy in case they accidentally damage an item or the property.

4. Be there during the final inspection. Ideally, the final inspection is held on the last day of tenancy or at least during the last month. Make sure that you are present on the day of the inspection. If you didn’t come, it would be a good idea to appoint a representative who will be there on your behalf. You should also ask for a copy of the condition report after the final inspection is done.
