Our balance sheet is not accurate.
We need to know if we can manually adjust the items that are incorrect to show the correct amounts.
The issue goes back years and it was the way we paid our tax and super that has got it out. It is impossible to go through and re reconcile the payments.
What we were doing was transferring small amounts out every week into a seperate account that was not tracked by xero and we would pay our super and tax out of this when due.
The issue is this account was also used for personal spendings and there are thousands of transactions, we also were not transferring exact amounts but rounding up which makes if hard to work out what transactions where covering.
Our balance sheet shows that we have 200000 in super to pay but it has all been paid. It also shows something like 20000 in tax but our last bill and outstanding amount is only 17k
We need to be able to adjust this to see our business financial position correctly.
