My husband and I are refinancing the loan for our investment property.
We have received conditional approval. In order to receive full approval we require a letter from an accountant confirming that my company is trading profitably and has no outstanding debts or liabilities.
This is because I had not yet submitted my company tax returns for FY17 and FY 18. I have now prepared my company tax returns and am able to provide these and whatever else may be required to complete this task.
