Ducted air con not cooling. Refrigerant Leak Repair. Air Con unit is in roof cavity of Brisbane City apartment. Isolate the unit and tag out. Disconnect duct work and condenser water pipes. Remove unit from ceiling to access compressor compartment. Pressure test system with dry nitrogen. Welding ? Pressure test and confirm system is holding pressure as required. Evacuate system. Charge with refrigerant R22. Reinstall unit to ceiling. Remove and replace fan motor, mounts and capacitors. Reconnect condenser water, duct and electrical. Test and Clean Up.
