Install 1 x 3.5kw Split system air conditioner. I haven't purchased the air con yet, but the house is raised so access to power should be easy. Might be 2.5 metres from the ground to where the AIr con needs to go. I intend to install 5 more over the next 18 months. House is Cement fibreboard, timber frame. SO no bricks or double walls.
