Looking for someone to design and install a basic split system to get air to 3 bedrooms in a renovation commencing in 2019.
If we can vent the area adequately, the plan is to site the compressors in the void between the basement walls and a row of continguous piers running along the boundary. This is the area along gridline 1 and between B and F in CD011 in the attached drawing set. This area will sit on a raft slab and be covered by the ground floor slab - shown in CD025.
The rooms we want the air to go to are BR1 and BR 2 on the first floor and the 'master' bedroom on the ground floor. These are shown in CD060-061.
Looking for someone to propose the best way to do this and to quote on the work so we can lock you (and your design) into the job.
