Looking to have a new 5kw split ac system, installation only (have a new unit). Photo showing location externally, around a 3.5-4m run from the ac unit to the ground level under the house where the condensor would be located. Also requires a new spur/fuse at the main fuseboard which is by the front door, allow 9m run from the fuseboard under the house to the ac unit. Access under the house is good,
