I need aircon servicing and cleaning for both indoor and outdoor units. You must be a licenced or qualified HVAC person. It's an old Kelvinator split-system aircon. The inside of the aircon (see attached) may need to be cleaned using a water-catching apron/bib and low-pressure water sprayer.
Also, the drain needs fixing a bit. As the attached photo shows, water from the drain is now falling on the floor. It needs to fall to the ground next to the floor so it doesn't damage the floor.
