Scope of Works
Air Conditioning system will be provided. Brand, to be decided. (Most likely Mitsubishi or Daikan)
Price required to provide all labour and costs for the following;
1. Install 14kw ducted air conditioning system, 6 zone, single phase.
2. Install power, as required.
3. Install new ducting to 10 outlets.
4. Install / configure 6 zones in the 10 outlets. (Will be defined on inspection).
5. Provision and installation of dampers to achieve 6 zones required.
Further requirements;
1. Removal /disposal of existing ducting, (20 years old)
2. Removal / disposal of gas fired heating unit. (Gas capped) Suitable placement location for indoor component?
3. Decommission and disposal of air conditioning unit currently supplying family room.
