Supply and install new Brivis Buffalo BX320 (or similar) external ducted heating unit (including purchasing the unit)

We received a quote from the RACV to have a gas heating unit replaced. They quoted $3,162.00 Inc. GST. If anyone can do better please let me know ASAP.
Includes:
Manometer test gas line to ensure it is safe and free from leaks.
Disconnect and remove existing external ducted heating unit.
Supply and install new cement sheet to brick wall as the existing unit in larger.
Supply and install new Brivis Buffalo BX320 external ducted heating unit.
Connect ducted heater to existing duct work and flow and return ducts.
Supply and install Standard Digital Thermostat.
Supply and install new base box and flashing kit.
Test and operate new system.
Remove work related rubbish from site.
Provide Plumbing Certificate of Compliance on completion.
Electrical installations or alternations are not included in this quotation unless stated.
