Supply and install a split air con for a small bedroom of 3.4 x 3.6 m.
The bedroom is upstairs. There is a pergola on the ground against the outside wall. Previously tradesmen put timber panel on top of the pergola to access the outside wall of this bedroom so access should be ok via that method.
The bedroom outside wall faces West so it's hotter than the rest of the house in summer. We already have a full house ducted air con but this particular bedroom needs a supplementary air con so it can be small as it will only be used occasionally when the full house ducted air is not required to be on.
