Thermostat on my ducted air-conditioning is playing up. Using the controller sensor, the unit sometimes doesn't switch off and the house is freezing, and sometimes doesn't kick in when the house is too hot.
This was happening once in a while, but now it's almost constant.
Using the other sensor, the unit just doesn't turn off during the day.
I bought a new back-lit wall control, but I don't think it's compatible.
I have attached pics of the indoor and outdoor model numbers, current wall control, and the back lit wall control.
1. Can you fix my issue so the unit will automatically turn on and off when it's supposed to
2. Is the back-lit wall control compatible? If not, is there a back-lit one that is, and can you trade the one I have? It's brand new.
