Wall mounted ai conditioner has broken and needs replacement/installation of new unit. Need the following completed:
-Inspect site to confirm dimensions of existing wall mounted air conditioner to order replacement.
-Liaise with Realestate agent and tenant to confirm installation date and time.
-Pickup pre-paid air conditioner from Bunnings/Good Guys.
-Remove old broken air conditioner from wall and install/replace with new.
-Test and confirm with tenants that all is working properly and that they are satisfied with the install.
-Remove and dispose of old air conditioner from site and clean up any rubbish (packaging, etc..)
Please confirm length of warranty on installation workmanship.
