Looking for a quote to complete the following:
Re-point Roof Tiles
Paint Tiles & Seal (Primer, 2 Coats & Seal on top)
Paint Gutters, Eves and fascia & down pipes (as per photos) including each end.
Colours are to be confirmed however please note:
-Solar panels are installed- No need to remove & rather paint around them as much as possible (tape them up and cover)
- Area of roof from near maps is approx 170M2. When you remove the solar panels it is only 140M2
- To paint the patio roof, approx 4 x 4 m (16M2)
- Refer to photos of aerial shot and view of steepness of roof & gutters/Fascia
