I have got a Caroma toilet. The water keep running after flushing. The outlet valve stops when the floating mechanism manually kept high. There's no indication of any leak to outside the tank so I suspected the seat washer and replaced that. However, it has not yet resolved. I am not sure if valve needs replacement or I have not been able to put the seat washer properly. Please price how you can fix the issue including parts. Photos attached.
