Due to awarding several new projects, Archiblox is now looking for professional accredited roof plumbers .
The SOW includes ( For 3 Facility jobs in Laverton) :
supply and install Blue Scope Colourbond .42 BMT Trimdeck sheeting to all specified roof areas along with sarking paper (R1.0) box gutters with sumps and overflow provision, penetrations with custom back tray flashing's, fascia and quad eaves gutter with 3mm spacer system, all other associated flashing's and capping's, rain heads, 100X50mm down pipes with spreader & to ground level
As per plans and specifications
Scope of Works: Facility
- Supply & Install required Metal Roofing
- Supply & Install Roof Sisalation
- Supply & Install all the required Cappings & Flashings as per the regualtions and requirements
- Supply & Install required Colorbond Gutters / Box Gutters as shown on the drawings
- Supply & Install required Roof Vent Flashings
- Supply Static Line Safety Allowance
Scope of Works: On Site
- Supply & Install required Metal Roofing
- Supply & Install Roof Sisalation
- Supply & Install required all the Cappings & Flashings
- Supply & Install required Colorbond Gutters / Box Gutters
- Supply & Install required Roof Vent Flashings
- Supply Static Line Safety Allowance
- Install/Reinstall removed or uninstalled roofing and cappings due to transportation
- Reinstall any required cappings or flashings post module transport
- Supply & Install Colorbond Rainheads
- Supply & Install Colorbond Downpipes & Fittings - Colour as per spec
