Carpenter had to access and replace a fascia panel resulting in tiles and the gutter having to be lifted and removed. Carpenter have advised there are a stack of tiles on the roof that can be reused however there are also broken pieces that may need to be replaced. A new gutter will also need to be installed.
We would need this job completed relatively soon before it rains. Pictures for reference attached.
