Clear all valleys / gutters, Repair existing gutters as required.
Replace missing brackets, repair external, internal corners etc
Supply and fit pvc 90mm round downpipe where missing.
Attach to existing gutter, install outlet as required, connect to ground outlet as required, Front awning skillion section of roof requires custom flashing.
Lift main roof section as required
Install custom tile flashing under main roof, onto skillion section.
Flash to existing valley from main roof.
Secure and seal as required.
Rear awning section / skillion roof ( recommend to replace awning section)
Clear existing roof.
Supply and fit custom apron flashing to where awning meets main roof.
Lift main roof as required, flash to existing valley as required
Limited guarantee due to condition, design and pitch of awning roof.
