I have a flat roof granny flat with a gutter that overflows every time it rains.
I clean it regularly but it's just too small. Also it doesn't have any fall. Total roof area is 70m2. Gutter is 7m long.
I need the gutter replaced with a larger half round gutter and reconnected to the existing downpipes.
