My trace house in Glebe has newly built party wall with my neighbour ( my wall is about half meter higher than neighbour roof. the neighbours roof is hip and valley metal roof and has valley gutter that all coming to the back of my party wall. we have leakage from that wall into the house. I need to get it fixed by installing proper gutter/flashing along of the part wall and neighbour roof junction. the party wall length is about 8 LM. Photos are available upon request
