Need to fix roof leak - terracotta tiled roof, no sarking, 1950 house. Inspected from roof cavity, no obvious tiles dislodged. Leak is near chimney valley, looks to have ben refitted. Chimney has small metal sheet guttering in the bricks under the tiles. House is 2-3 storeys.
Also require 2x downpipes to have overflow installed.
