We need to do the work in 3 phases due to tight strata finances. The phases I propose are as follows.
Phase 1 (immediately) - Budget repair: Replace/or repair 6 cracked tiles and repoint only very critical areas .
Phase 2 (March-May 2020) - Repoint the remaining ridge capping etc of roof area which is approximately 350 square meters.
Phase 3 (Late 2020) - Restore and repaint.
