We have a property with a leaking roof and would like a quote for the work.
The scope of the job is as follows:
To lift the bottom row of roof tiles along edges of rear deck roof area. Scrape clean rusted sections of deck trays. Laminate over rust holes and paint trays with liquid sealant. Supply and install flashing under the bottom row of roof tiles, then refit tiles. Remove cracked mortar along valley edges and ridge (where required). Paint valley gutter with liquid sealant. Repoint valley and rear ridge.
