This is a renovation and extension project.
The extension will be going in in about 4 weeks. The old house + extension will have approximately 110 linear meters of Fascia, Gutter and Eves.
The current house will require replacement or fixing where possible.
Preference will be all new replacing old. Depending on the budget / quotation this will need to be worked out in the process.
There is about 60 linear meters at ground level needing new Fascia, Gutter and Eves
There is about 25 linear meters of new Fascia, Gutter and Eves for the extension - new build
There is about 25 linear meters at level 1 of Fascia, Gutter and Eves installed in 2000. Prefer to install all new matching the rest of the house.
Inspection would be needed to get a better understanding of the job.
