Replace 4 roof guttering with a better flow, replace 3 downpipes, install 1 soakwell and extra 2 downpipes, replace one facia. I can provide external access for visit, given notice to put my dog away, but it’s likely nobody will be home. Also require COC of PL insurance. Thanks.
