Replace Steel Down pipes etc. on House & Garage Parkwood:
Supply & install
1. Replace deteriorated down pipes 100x75 (off White colour to match existing) (N.B. I have 12 brand New Pipe sections (2.4m long) already on site – but probably need a couple more)
Total No of Down Pipes 10
Gutter & Droppers:
Repair or replace spots of deteriorated Gutter.
Replace any Droppers with signs of deteriorated.
Replace downpipe brackets.
2. Quote to run/plumb down pipes to water tanks (3 of) in 100mm PVC with First Flush & with IO starting from where the existing PVC pipes end all along down hill side of house & garage – N.B. it will all be above ground, i.e. do digging involved.
(I have the first flush & I have the pipe but will need some fittings)
Tanks approx. 8m from house.
All work as a minimum to industry Standard.
