I have a terracotta tiled roof on my townhouse that is leaking so I am looking for some options to make it as watertight as it can be.
The building is a townhouse under a 'standard format plan' body corporate, which means the owner is responsible for the roof. I expect there may be some liaison with the building managers however - this is being clarified.
Within the roof, there is a skylight window which is part of the leaking issue - I expect this will need full replacement. This may or may not be a Roofer's job, so I would ask you advice on completing this in a compliant way.
