I have a job soon, to shoot video and photography for a conference of 100-300 people.
The conference will be held on 2nd, and 3rd of March 2020, in the Campbelltown NSW. Both days will start 9am and end approx. 6:30pm.
There will be approximately 50 speakers in the event and each will speak for a maximum of 15 minutes.
What we require is a quote for the following:
1. Video of the whole 2-day event, including all speeches.
2. Each speaker to have own cut video with name and logo of the organisation etc.
3. Photos of speakers whilst on stage.
4. Photos of tables and ambience of the room, whilst empty and when full.
5. Photos of each speaker in a different setup (approx. 6 professional headshots).
All footage and photos will be collected from you on hard disk or USB.
There may also be the need to upload all the individual speakers videos so they can be downloaded by them...(your quote and also advice on this would be appreciated).
