I need a form developed to go into our Wix website that calculates a price based on the fields selected in the form.
The way it works is very similar to: https://www.squiresco.com.au/book-now
But we want it to look more like https://www.maid2match.com.au/
We need to be able to input and change the price of each element (ie. Price per bathroom or bedroom) and also have a time value for each.
When the GET QUOTE button is pushed it will then display the cost and (keeping the already filled fields) allow to user to fill in the rest of the form to make the booking.
The fields needed are as follows:

Choose Your Service (Drop Down: Standard/Deep/End of Lease)

Frequency (Choose One: Weekly/Bi Weekly/Monthly)
Extras (Check boxes: Same as squiresco website)
