Virginia Blakemore Owner / Manager of My Business Assistant is located in NSW in the lower Blue Mountains just west of Sydney, however she provides assistance to clients worldwide. Virginia has over 18 years’ experience working within the Administration field. She has worked for a variety of companies and industries in the corporate world, including Construction, Professional, Sales, and Recruitment. Companies in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Many of her roles have been in client services, business development and sales, supporting and assisting teams and individuals in those areas. Virginia has been responsible for carrying out a range of varied and general administrational duties which includes:

Provided effective leadership and supervision of other Administrators

Organise and host conferences and meetings
Coaching, training, supporting Administration staff on mentoring programs
Setting up new administration & office systems
Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly financial reports including analysis of revenues/ expenses/ accruals
Assisting with timely processing of Accounts, Payroll, Invoicing and Reconciliation
Assisted in bringing innovations to organisation
Travel Organiser and Booker for Domestic & International including travel diaries
Travel to offices to ensure smooth administration is in operation and conduct office Audits
Assist others to meet business objectives when required
Participate in work based team activities
Virginia’s ability has seen her awarded various Administration Awards such as Administration Achievement award, Jan 2003, and Administrator of the Year award, Jan 2005.
