"Bruce is very professional, very detail - went through every window and asked how I wanted it and explained clearly when I was not sure. The roller blinds I ordered arrived 4 days later and were installed quickly. I was not happy with 1 of the blind for the door - too narrow and Bruce got it replaced the next day. Very satisfactory with Bruce and his partner and the price is also very competitive! "

"Very bad customer service, attitude is very rude, give him two jobs and Thomas refuse to do my job because I was ask to reduce the price little bit. However I was agreed with his price but still he refused to do my one and stop picking up the phone calls. He caused me to delay two months to install my plantation shutters. "

"This customer goes back to 13 Apr. 2018 when I first contacted him and the first quotation was given on 27 Apr. 2018. Since then, we kept discussing price cut many times. I even offered a special price as he introduced two other customers to me but, he kept asking more price cut and I gave him a final price on 15 May 2018. But, he kept asking further price cut so, I couldn’t accept it anymore. So, I advised him to find another supplier to meet his price. "

"I like that Thomas gave me an accurate quote when I posted my job in service seeking. After contacting him, he scheduled a site visit and came back a second time to show me more samples within the same week. On the day of installation, I found that one of the blinds have a slight defect. He agreed to rectify it and came back the next day with a completely new replacement. Now that is customer service. My blinds installation was smooth and on budget. Highly recommend Thomas of Noble blinds. "
