We except our customers to take sometime reading our terms and conditions for our bond back services and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set below:
1. Bond back guarantee
Our 100% bond back guarantee is valid for 3 days after completion if you are having any difficulties with the job customer must notify us within 3 days .so we can organise to go back to your property and rectify the issues, we only cover those areas what we send in our quote to every customer before booking the job . Customer must read the quote before making a booking with us anything out from the quote will cost extra.
: we are not responsible for picking or dropping of keys at any time if realestate office is not located in the same suburb where job is held.

2.Change of price
:We do hold right for changing our price if property looks different than what have been mentioned on booking day. So we do expect from our customer to provide us right information while booking
:Waiting charges apply of $35 per hour, per person if customer running late
:Charges apply time wasted due to difficulties accessing the property.

3.Bond back cleaning does not includes items below
:Furnished house doesn't include any furniture or any whitegoods
:washing or wiping blinds
: wall washing ( spot cleaning included)
: rubbish removal
:garage cleaning ( sweep out included)
: moving any furniture

4.We try our best to clean your carpet but don't provide guarantee of stains because some stains deemed permanent may not respond satisfactory to any treatment.

5.At the commencement of service all payments must be made in cash.

6. Cancellation and Reschedule
:Customers must provide 48 hours notice for cancellation the job or for valid reason contact us asap for reschedule.
:Cancelling on the spot, not appear or does not provide access to the property. Customer needs to pay us $100 cancellation fee
: in case of property is not ready for cleaning , customer is still in process of moving. Customer needs to pay $100 travelling and administrative cost or $35 per hour per person waiting charges .

7.Health and safety
Our cleaner does hold right to cancel the job if on arrival cleaner finds something at the property which is not good for health or has some risk of life at the property.

8.Damage and accident
We don't take any responsibility if something does get breake or damage due to pre -existing wear and tear wrong installation or poor condition .

"Never hire these people, turned up late, started with two people and finished with five people on the job. The said they had to wash the walls and the job would be an extra $100. When inspecting no walls were washed, they said they only wash from the wall five feet. All doorways ledges and above all windows not done, window were poorly cleaned, skirting boards not doneoven not done correctly. They seem to only use water for cleaning unless permitted by the supervisor. We had to go around and spend about two hours checking thing for them to reclean. Cobwebs still in areas not touched and inside cupboards not cleaned. All areas that were not cleaned were very obvious. Basically they wanted the money and if you personally did not check everything they would getaway with a cheap not thorough clean. "

"DO NOT USE The bond clean was initially booked for Wednesday the 17th of October. V Clean asked to leave money in my kitchen drawer because I was unable to meet them on the day. I felt uncomfortable doing this so we agreed to reschedule the bond clean for the 20th of October. I received a text message that morning saying that their car broke down and they were unable to clean my unit...I had new tenants move in on Sunday so had to find a last minute solution which cost me a lot of money. I do not believe that their car broke down, they behaved extremely unprofessional and rude (why not call a client instead of texting them). Even if their story was true, they could have hired a car for a day and completed the job. I will not contact them again and strongly advice anyone against using their services. They are clearly unreliable."
