"Sam built a new fire rated wall with a massive mirror and LED light as well as the 1st floor fire rated window for my new attached granny flat. He was in touch with my certifier from the beginning to ensure the work was up to scratch. He made the process easy for us and we are also really happy with outcome. Sam is a friendly professional who takes pride in his work so likes to check that his team's work is up to his standard and I really appreciated that. "
