We have a true customer focus, not just because it makes good long-term business sense. Our aim is to provide excellent results and deliver real value for money in a friendly and professional environment.
At a glance:
• We remove most stains in our normal carpet clean.
• Built our business on the stains others give up on
• Carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, and stain removal
• If we can't remove the stain, no one can.
• On completion, we provide a complimentary gift as a "thank you".
More about Stain Busters:
Our technicians have attended IICRC-approved courses and successfully completed and passed a comprehensive examination through Jena Dyco International. They are IICRC certified technicians in stain removal, water damage and flood restoration, hard floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, odour control, carpet repair, and installation plus OH&S.
Jena Dyco is a very proud IICRC school, approved to deliver a variety of programs, which are recognised by the IICRC.
IICRC is the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. The IICRC has two main aims:
1. Set industry standards.
2. Certify technicians and firms after attending IICRC certified programs.
IICRC is an international body and has worked extremely hard to gain recognition of its certifications and standards. It is a great benefit for a business like Stain Busters to gain IICRC certifications as we can let our customers know that we are a professional carpet cleaning/restoration business.
The IICRC write industry standards, which are approved by ANSI (American National Standards Institute).
