Hi everyone. I am Sunny and I'm the service manager of Star Cleaning Group. We have more than 10 years of experience in the cleaning business. We do all types of cleaning work such as commercial, domestic, shopping center, general, and builder clean.

Our company has more than 10 employees, and all of our staff members have lot of experience on the job. We are very reliable and are very familiar with effective cleaning techniques. We only use good chemicals for cleaning.

Our company mission is to provide good quality services to our clients. Our customers are very important to us; we provide them with high-quality cleaning services and guaranteed work.

"Cleaners asked for money up front, then failed to finish within the time, and demanded more money to wash the floor (even though all previous cleaners have done the work within the time frame . One cleaner chatted on her mobile phone as she worked. More importantly, I found a rather precious vintage pot had been smashed, but the cleaners said nothing about it. Nothing was put back in place (ie chairs, rug, bathroom scales, etc). Very disappointing. The work wasn't thorough. I don't expect to pay cleaners, then have to wash the floor myself. "
