You can also be secure in the knowledge that all of our work is covered by our Service Guarantee which is that in the unlikely event that you are not happy with the service that we provided, we guarantee that:
1. We will rectify the problem within 3 business days of you bringing it to our attention.*
2. We will always arrive at any appointment on time and if we are running late we will let

4. If we cannot meet the above promises in items 1 - 3 of this Guarantee then we will
provide you with a full refund of our labour costs.
