"The short review: Terrible communication and an effective no show. Steer well clear; a few bucks saved on hourly rates is not worth the 'experience' provided by this company. To elaborate: Reconfirmed the date/time 2 days beforehand. 10mins after the 8am time agreed, I text to see where things are at. No reply. 20mins after the agreed time of 8am I call, and cannot get through to either number. My wife and I try calling multiple times for the next 20 minutes, all of which dial out with no option to leave a message. At 8:40, unable to get through, I end up calling around to find an alternative removalist. I then get a text at 8:47 indicating the truck had broken down and they'd be there in almost 30 minutes. I'd have thought if they were attempting to be on time that the breakdown would occur prior to 8am, and that there'd be ample time to call/message the customer to inform them of the situation? Would have had no issues if any contact was made (stuff outside of our control happens), but leaving a family to panic and stress first thing on a busy day is not acceptable when it's within your means (and arguably, expected!) to avoid it. Again I say: steer well clear. Not worth the headache."
