"I confirmed the appointment with this company Aron 2 weeks in advance as the property is tenanted. I was at the property on time on the day but he didn't turn up. So I called him and he said he cannot make it! No advance notice at all and did bother to notify me on the day either! What a TERRIBLE service....! NO professional ethic, integrity and credibility! If I can give NEGATIVE stars, I will... NEVER trust this company!"

"I would like to clarify this review. Candice called me at 1pm asking where I was. As i looked at my diary the appointment was made for 2pm. When I tried to tell her that I would be there in an hour as I had other appointments booked prior to hers she became very verbally aggressive stating that I was the exact things in the review she has left. When I tried to talk to her she cut me off yelling down the phone. I had one hour to get to the appointment however she told me not to bother and hung up the phone. As you can see by my other reviews this was a one off and I pride myself through my buisness. It upsets me greatly that she has left this review. There was a complete miscommunication. "
