ResCom commenced business in Melbourne, Victoria in 2007.
ResCom is a small business which is owner operated and has a loyal team to cater for the growing demand we receive.
We have been in the cleaning industry for over 8 years now and our business is expanding based on our reputation and our ability to maintain high standards at competitive prices.

Our cleaners bring all their own materials and cleaning equipment, so you don't have to supply anything!

All ResCom cleaners have a current police clearance certificate.

ResCom Cleaning Services is fully insured (up to $10,000,000 for public liability) to cover accidental damage or injury.

We specialise in home and office cleaning, and can deliver services on a regular or one off basis. Our clients are usually either home owners needing domestic help, tenants vacating a property and looking for a bond clean, or Real Estate Agents who use our services as part of their property management services.
We are able to cover a wide range of cleaning tasks, from a simple clean through to a complex vacate clean.

Residential Regular Clean

Cleaning duties include:

All Rooms
Dust skirting boards, window sills, blinds, architraves, doors & general furniture
Vacuum/Mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs
Clean glass surfaces
Make up or straighten bed linen
Empty bins

Bathrooms
Clean and sanitise showers, baths and sinks
Sanitise toilet including bowl, seat, lid, tank and base
Clean all mirrors and chrome
Damp-wipe cabinet fronts

Kitchen
Clean kitchen benches
Clean inside and out of microwave
Damp-wipe cabinet fronts
Clean cook top & oven front
Clean Laundry sink
Take out rubbish

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Wonderful couple who are honest and upfront. Managed to contact Sunny/Reena at late notice (Friday for a Saturday job!) and they did a marvellous job. We had stayed in the same apartment for 7 years, which was rather dirty (oven, behind fridge etc). Managed to get all our BOND BACK."

"Unethical, Rude behavior Moron..is what I experienced with Sunny/Raja and Reena. They did a OK job and they took off my fly board on windows for cleaning and when I asked them to fix it he made a cheap trick to make more money by telling that property agents would know windows are cleaned if they are kept down. Property agent asked me to get that fixed and in turn when I asked them to fix they said anyone can fix it and they will charge $50 to put it back. he asked me to keep $70 to fix fly boards and blinds and house key in the mail box so he can complete the work. I managed to fix those and asked him to go to my home and complete job and take money. He properly went there to collect it and he later realized later that it was an intentional from me asking him to travel and see there was no money. Still he did not realized his mistake and on top of it he has messaged me using bad words. I've all messages from their registered mobile numbers on their website. Please take strict action against them and I would say his license has to be cancelled for this intentional cheating that he has made., "
