"Mack turned up on time, even sending an email before arriving. He was professional and polite. It was a tricky job and he persevered, eventually locating the problem. It took a bit longer than expected but his fee was still reasonable. Importantly he didn't try to sell me a new system. I expect to get more years service from the old one now it is effectively reconditioned. I would not hesitate to call him for work on my other systems. I am quite sure that an unlicensed repairer would not have been able to isolate and fix the faults. "
